We ship free to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States; Alaska and Hawaii are not included. Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 3–10 days, depending on your destination and carrier conditions. We'll email your tracking information as soon as the carrier has your order.
What if it's not for me? Can I return it?
You're covered by our 30-Day Trial — try it at home, and if it's not right for you, ask to return it within 30 days of delivery. Once we send your return instructions, you have until the later of that 30-day deadline or 7 days after our instructions to hand the parcel to the carrier. Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Magic BB Mini Inversion Table is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use and runs for one year from the day your order is delivered. If we approve a covered claim, we replace the product and cover the shipping to get it to you; if we ever need the table back as part of a claim, we send a prepaid return label. Can you ship to a PO Box?
No. We can't ship to PO boxes. Please use an eligible street address in the contiguous United States at checkout.
Who pays return shipping?
It depends on the reason. If the return is due to a defect or another problem on our end, we cover return shipping — if we ask you to send the table back, we send a prepaid return label. If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you, and an optional Express charge you already used isn't refunded. Either way, you're covered by our 30-Day Trial.
